Agartala, July 25: Kiran Gitte, IT Secretary, Government of Tripura, has chaired the second Startup council meeting at IT Bhavan, Agartala.

IT Director Jeya Ragul Geshan B, along with other council members, were also present.

The meeting reportedly saw considerable response from the founders of registered startups-- they actively participated and delivered their presentations.

The Directorate of IT in a social media post mentioned, “During the two-day meeting, around 29 startups participated for recognition and Proof of Concept (POC). So far, a total of 86 applications have been received through the online portal, out of which 69 startups have been registered. In the first council meeting, 10 startups were recognised by the council.”
