Agartala, July 20: Aiming to give a boost to nursing education in Tripura, reputed coaching centre 360 Degree Teaching has launched a unique initiative titled the “Nursing Bridge”.
Speaking to the media, the founder of the institute said that under this project, students enrolling in GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM courses this year will be provided with dedicated coaching from the first year of college till completion—four years for GNM, five years for B.Sc Nursing, and three years for ANM.
Additionally, students will receive an extra year of free coaching exclusively focused on preparing for government job examinations.
Importantly, the founder said, this coaching support will be completely free for students, as the expenses will be covered through collaboration with nursing colleges.
However, students must register with 360 Degree Teaching before taking admission in their respective nursing courses to be eligible for the benefits of the 'Nursing Bridge' programme.
With lakhs of nursing jobs opening up annually in both government and private sectors, the institute observed that students from Tripura often fail to secure positions due to lack of guidance and structured preparation.
Through the Nursing Bridge, the coaching centre aims to provide a clear roadmap and early training to bridge that gap.
On the same day, the institute also felicitated students who recently secured government (MPW) jobs.
To support current aspirants, free mock tests have been arranged for those appearing in the CHO (Community Health Officer) and Nursing Officer exams this year, the founder said.
