Agartala, Mar 24: The Tripura Police has partnered with Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gandhinagar through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on Tuesday.

The MoU is aimed at enhancing capacity building, Tripura Police said. Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) is designated as an institution of national importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

As per the pact, the RRU will support advanced training, research, and knowledge exchange initiatives for Tripura Police personnel.

Director general of Police (DGP), Tripura Anurag signed the MoU with Prof (Dr.) Kalpesh H Wandra, Pro Vice Chancellor of Rashtriya Raksha University, in virtual mode.
