Agartala, Jan 03: A modern Multi-level Car Parking and Commercial Complex is set to come up in Agartala.

According to official sources, the building will be construed on 1.1 acres land at Old Motorstand area.

It will be built at the height of 50 meters and will have the space for parking of 280 cars at a time.

The Commercial Complex at the upper space will have Hotel, Multiplex and Shopping Mall and other facilities. 

The project will be implemented in Private-Public Partnership (PPP) model and the state government has allotted the land on lease contract for 30 years.
The entire project will have investment of around Rs. 200 crore and it will get its final shape in three years.

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha recently laid the foundation stone of the project and performed Bhumi Pujan.

An official said, the project will not only reduce traffic congestion in the city but also generate income scopes to a good number of people.
