Ambani's Reliance Group to study investment potentials in Tripura soon: CM

Agartala, Dec 09: If everything goes as per the plan, a team of Reliance Group of Industries will soon visit Tripura to study investment opportunities, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha said on Monday.
Dr. Saha recently met Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Group Mukesh Ambani in Mumbai and invited him to visit Tripura.
In the 45-minute discussion, the business tycoon assured that he would send a team to Tripura soon, according to Dr. Saha.
Dr. Saha shared this information while addressing the Janajati Ekta Sammelan organized jointly by Takarjala and Mandwi Mandals at TTAADC headquarters- Khumulwng.
In the event, the Chief Minister also highlighted the state government's initiatives for Janajati welfare.
He also reiterated the government's commitment for socio-economic development of the Janajati people in line with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said, after formation of the BJP government, the Tripura Tribal Research and Cultural Institute cum Museum was introduced at Lambucherra to preserve the history, culture, and traditions of the state.
Minister for Tribal Welfare Bikas Debbarma, former MP Rebati Tripura, Pradesh BJP general secretary Bipin Debbarma, TTAADC member Bidyut Debbarma, and other dignitaries were present.
