Agartala, Sept 05: Assam Rifles celebrated Teachers Day at ARPS Agartala & Radhanagar with great enthusiasm paying tribute to teachers and commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the renowned philosopher and the second President of India.
The events of celebrations began with a solemn floral tribute to Dr. Radhakrishnan, acknowledging his immense contributions to education and his vision of the role of teachers in nation-building.
Students and faculty members gathered to honor his legacy in a ceremonial atmosphere.Following the tribute, students presented a series of vibrant cultural performances, including songs and dance routines, reflecting their appreciation for the guidance and support provided by their teachers. 
These performances brought smiles to both students and teachers alike, filling the atmosphere with joy and reverence.
In a special segment, teachers were felicitated by Assam Rifles, in an acknowledgement to their dedication and tireless efforts in shaping the minds of young students.
