Assam Rifles conducts medical camp at Bru camp

Agartala, Jan 17: Assam Rifles conducted a  medical camp for Bru people at Kaskaupara, Damcherra  on Friday. The camp was aimed at facilitating health and well-being of people of Bru community.

The medical camp brought together a professional medical team which provided free consultations, essential medicines  and health awareness sessions.

Residents of Bru camp benefitted greatly from the initiative, which focused on addressing primary healthcare needs, offering preventive care guidance and emphasized the importance of community well-being. 

The event witnessed participation of 312 individuals including 132 men, 97 women and 83 children who expressed their gratitude, appreciating Assam Rifles’ efforts to bring healthcare services directly at their doorstep.
