Agartala, July 23: Assam Rifles organised a Weapon Display and Motivation Lecture for the cadets of 71 Tripura Girls NCC at Agartala with the aim of inspiring young cadets towards a career in the Armed Forces. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of over 350 NCC girl cadets from various educational institutions across Tripura.

The cadets were introduced to a wide range of Infantry weapons and military equipment, where Assam Rifles personnel explained their capabilities, operational roles and safe handling procedures. The interactive display generated immense curiosity among the cadets, many of whom expressed inquisitiveness and asked questions, gaining first-hand exposure to the equipment used by the force.

A special motivation lecture titled "How to Join Assam Rifles" was delivered by a Riflewoman of Assam Rifles, who shared her personal journey, experiences in service, career opportunities and the selection process for joining the Force.

The inspiring interaction encouraged the young cadets to pursue careers in uniform and adopt discipline as a way of life.

The event was highly appreciated by the NCC cadets and faculty members, who lauded Assam Rifles for providing meaningful exposure and motivating the next generation to serve the nation.
