Agartala, Aug 26: Displaying humanitarian spirit during the challenging time of calamity, BSF on Monday organized a free medical camp and health check up programmes for the flood affected people living at bordering areas at Srinagar under South Tripura District.

In the health camp, all people attended the camp were provided free medical check-up and free medicines were distributed to the patients including women and children of the villages.
 
A statement from BSF Salbagan, Agartala said they were carrying out various flood relief measures during the unprecedented flood situation in Tripura. BSF is not only the first line of defence but the first responder for any crisis in remote border.
