The exhibition and awareness sessions were led by Dr. Sanjib Kumar Bhowmik, Associate Professor, Department of Physical Education, and Dr. Shouvik Bhattacharya, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Tripura University. The programme focused on three key themes—Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, Census 2027, and 12 Years of Trust, Development and Public Welfare.

Speaking on Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, the resource persons highlighted the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse on individuals, families and society. They stressed the importance of youth participation in creating a drug-free India and encouraged students to spread awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and promote healthy and productive lifestyles. On Census 2027, the students were sensitized about the importance of the Census as a major source of demographic, social and economic data for planning and policy formulation. 12 Years of Trust, Development and Public Welfare highlighted various initiatives and achievements of the Government of India during the past twelve years, particularly in areas such as social welfare, infrastructure, education, healthcare, financial inclusion, women and youth empowerment, and inclusive development.

The resource persons interacted with the students and research scholars and responded to their queries on the themes. An open quiz competition was also organized as part of the programme to enhance awareness and encourage active participation among the students.

A vibrant cultural programme was presented by Saptarshi Kala Kendra, a Private Registered Troupe from Karimganj, Assam. Students of Tripura University also participated and presented dances, adding colour and vibrancy to the programme.

Prizes were awarded to the winners of the competitions. Certificates of participation were also presented to all the participants. Research scholars and students from various departments participated in the programme.
