India becomes world’s 4th largest economy, Tripura CM hails PM Modi

Agartala, May 25: After India became the fourth-largest economy in the world surpassing Japan, Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and others leaders hailed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.

According to media reports, the official confirmation of India surpassing Japan came from NITI Aayog CEO B.V.R. Subrahmanyam during a press briefing after the 10th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog.

The Tripura Chief Minister in a social media post mentioned that Modi government is known for creating histories. This time, along with making history, it has also made nation proud.

“India overtakes Japan to become 4th largest economy in the world. India becomes $4 trillion economy. NITI Aayog CEO predicts that India will become 3rd largest economy in the world replacing Germany in just 2.5 years. Kudos to Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi Ji for this vision and action,” the Tripura Chief Minister wrote.

Meanwhile, Dr. Saha on Sunday attended the NDA Chief Ministers’ conclave chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi.
