Agartala, Sept 02: In a major reshuffle in Tripura Police, the state government has transferred 14 police officers on Thursday.

As per the notification, M. Raja Murugan has been posted as ADGP (Training) on his repatriation from central deputation while IGP (Training) G.S. Rao has been transferred and posted as IGP (Crime and Intelligence).

IGP (Crime and Intelligence) L. Darlong has been transferred and posted as IGP (Law and Order) while IGP (Law and Order) Arindam Nath has been transferred and posted as IGP (Administration).

Dilip Ray, Principal of Police Training Academy, has been transferred and posted as Commandant of CIAT.
Sudeshna Bhattacharjee, SP SB with additional charge of SP MTF, has been relieved from the additional charge. She will hold the charge of Principal, PTA in addition.

Nabadwip Jamatia, Commandant of CIAT, has been transferred and posted as SP MTF.

Shankar Debnath, SP SB with additional charge of SP Vigilance, has been transferred and posted as SP West while Bogati J. Reddy (SP West) has been transferred and posted as SP Sepahijala.

AIGP Crime Krishnendu Chakraborty has been transferred and posted as SP SB with additional charge of SP Vigilance.

SP Khowai Bhanupada Chakraborty has been transferred and posted as AIGP Crime. SP Sepahijala Rati Ranjan Debnath has been transferred and posted as SP Khowai.

SP Unakoti Kishore Debbarma has been transferred and posted as SP Cyber Crime. Additional SP Gimati Kanta Jahangir has been transferred and posted as SP Unakoti.
