
Agartala, April 21: The vibrant spirit of nostalgia and commitment echoed through the Shishu Bihar Higher Secondary School as its Alumni Association held the Annual General Meeting on Monday, forming the new executive committee.
The gathering witnessed a heartwarming turnout from alumni spanning generations, united by fond memories and a shared vision for the future.
With energy and enthusiasm, the new committee vowed to elevate the Association’s activities to new heights.
New office bearers are: President- Amit Rakshit, Vice-Presidents- Mautusi Chaudhuri, Dipayan Roy and Nabajyoti Roy, General Secretary- Anindita Ray, Joint Secretary- Arnab Biswas, Assistant Secretary- Dr. Tamughna Das, Treasurer: Prasenjit Das, Co-Treasurer- Aaman Roy, Communication Secretaries- Joysankar Bhattacharjee and Debanjan Das and Cultural Secretary- Antarlina Das.
Executive Members are- Arijit Das, Parijat Roy, Debaleena Pal, Asesh Das, and Sayantika Dey.
In their first address, the new committee extended heartfelt thanks to the outgoing team for their invaluable contributions. They laid out an ambitious roadmap focusing on mentorship programs, career guidance sessions, cultural collaborations, and increased alumni-school engagement.
The event concluded on a celebratory note with a cultural performance and a lively networking session, allowing alumni to reconnect and relive cherished moments of their school life.
