Agartala, Aug 31: Seva O Sahayata Parisad, a dedicated NGO from Tripura known for its relentless social works, has been on the front lines providing aids to the flood victims across the state since August 22.
Driving on its impactful works, the organization is now gearing up for an ambitious three-day relief mission targeting Amarpur in Gomati district and South Tripura, where the floods caused massive devastation.
Following a series of successful interventions in West Tripura, Seva O Sahayata Parisad conducted an extensive four-day relief camp in the remote areas surrounding Udaipur.
The camp, supported by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), local authorities, and community volunteers, reached ten isolated villages, including Banduar, Garjanmura, and Gulmura. The team delivered essential supplies and assistance to these hard-to-reach communities, demonstrating their commitment to providing aid where it is most needed.
In a call to action, NGO representatives are emphasizing the importance of focusing on areas that have been overlooked by other relief efforts.
They are actively encouraging residents and supporters to reach out with information about underserved regions that may require immediate attention. The organization remains dedicated to its mission of ensuring no community is left behind in the aftermath of the disaster.
