Agartala, Aug 26: In a display of serving humanity in the challenging time, the Rotaract Club of Agartala Central provided relief along with sanitary pads and medicines among the flood victims.
A member said, the drive was inspired by the mantra of 'Jatra Jiva, Tatra Shiva'. 
Food items along with essential items, sanitary pads and medicines were distributed among more than two hundred flood-affected families in various remote and disconnected areas of Amarpur sub-division, Gomati District om Monday.
The Amarpur region has been severely affected by the state's devastating flood. 
For all-round support, the Rotaract Club of Agartala Central conveyed gratitude to parent Club- Rotary Club of Agartala City and the Rotaractors as well as Non-rotaractors who have extended their kind support.
