Several ARPS Agartala students excel at national sporting events

Agartala, Oct 03: Students of Assam Rifles Public School, Agartala have achieved notable success at national level bringing pride and recognition to the school and the state.
In a significant achievement, Tanya Chetri and Anushka Tudu, students of ARPS, Agartala, have been selected to represent the state in the National Women’s Under-19 T20 Tournament, scheduled to be held at Guwahati with effect from 09 October 2026.
Their selection for the prestigious national tournament is a testament to their hard work, dedication and commitment towards the sport.
Adding to the sporting achievements, Master Swarnudai Majumder, a Class IV student of ARPS, Agartala, displayed exceptional talent by securing one Gold Medal in 50-metre Surface Event at the National Finswimming Championship 2026, held at Pune, Maharashtra.
The accomplishments of the young sportspersons are a matter of immense pride for ARPS Agartala and Assam Rifles.
These achievements underscore Assam Rifles sustained efforts towards providing a conducive environment for the overall growth and development of children with particular emphasis on sports, discipline, leadership and excellence.
