TIUT signs MoU with MBB College

Agartala, Sept 04: A meaningful step towards strengthening higher education in Tripura was marked with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Techno India University, Tripura (TIUT) and Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) College, Agartala, an institution distinguished by its prestigious legacy as Tripura’s first college.

The MoU brings together two institutions with a shared commitment to academic enrichment, creating avenues for knowledge exchange, collaborative academic initiatives, faculty and student engagement, research, and wider learning opportunities.

Such institutional collaborations can significantly enrich the academic ecosystem by connecting heritage and experience with contemporary approaches to higher education.

The occasion was graced by Dr. Arjun Gope, Principal, MBB College, along with esteemed faculty members of the College. Adding to the spirit of the occasion were Prof. (Dr.) Ratan Kumar Saha, Vice-Chancellor; Dr. Shiladitya Munshi, Registrar i/c; Prof. Ajay Krishna Saha, Dean, Academic Affairs; Prof. Dilip Sarkar, Dean, School of Humanities and Social Sciences & Students’ Welfare, along with other faculty members of TIUT.
