Tripura-based NGO 'The Noble Hearts' donates Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine to hospital

Agartala, July 24: The Noble Hearts, a non-profitable and non-government organization of Agartala, has come up with a noble initiative by donating a Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine in the maternity ward of IGM Hospital in the city on Friday.

Donated by young entrepreneur Tista Nath, a member of the NGO, on her birthday, the sanitary napkin vending machine with 25 napkins has been installed in the hospital to facilitate the women patients of the maternity ward.

The machine attached near the entrance of the maternity ward at the old building of the hospital (second floor) will enable the patients visiting the ward to get sanitary napkins by dropping a coin of Rs. 5.

Two other members of the NGO- Anindita Bhoumik and Debasish Pal were present at the installation of the vending machine.
