Tripura Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy on Friday discussed the progress of announcements in State Budged under the two departments.

The Finance Minister chaired the meeting in presence of Minister Tinku Roy, Mayor Dipak Majumder to assess the status of budget announcements related to the Social Welfare and Social Education and Urban Development departments.

“The discussions focused on timely implementation and effective delivery of citizen-centric schemes,” an official said.

Secretaries- T.K. Debnath, Apurba Roy and Abhishek Singh and other officials including Tapan Kumar Das and Tarit Kanti Chakma were also present in the meeting.
