Agartala, May 23: The council of ministers in its sitting on Tuesday cleared a proposal for recruitment in 82 posts in Agartala Government Dental College and IGM Hospital.
 
An official announcement was made regarding the cabinet decision by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on his social media handle.
 
The 82 posts included Principal/ Dean (1), Professor (9), Associate Professor (9), Assistant Professor (18), Tutor/ Senior Resident (18) and Junior Resident (27).
 
Besides, the Dr. Manik Saha-led cabinet also decided to open a new Agri sub-division at Jubarajnagar in North Tripura for providing better service to the farming community in the region.
 
With the proposed Agri sub-division, the total number of Agri sub-divisions in the state will be 44.
