Tripura govt to reopen unsolved murder cases of CPM, Cong regimes: CM

Agartala, Sept 28: Tripura government will reopen the unsolved murder cases of CPM and Congress regimes, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said on Saturday.
The opposition now claims that there is no democracy in Tripura. But, the people have seen their version of democracy during their regimes. The state government would reopen all these murder cases after consulting with experts—it’s not only word, we shall act, the Chief Minister said.
Addressing an event in Agartala, the Chief Minister viewed that a time would arrive when there would be no substitute to the BJP in the country.
In this context, he said, while BJP remains connected to the people through social works round the year, the opposition parties don’t perform any significant work except claiming that there is no law and order.
The opposition parties have some routine claims, but the people of the state are tired of it, Dr. Saha added.
The Chief Minister was addressing a blood donation camp organized by BJP 7 Ramnagar Mandal to mark opening of the party office.
