Tripura govt’s goal is to deliver benefits of various schemes to people: CM

Agartala, Nov 24: The Tripura government is working with the goal to deliver the benefits of various state and central schemes up to the last man of the society, said Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.
He inaugurated various new facilities in Sepahijala district on Thursday.
‘Prati Ghore Sushasan’ campaign launched by the state government is enabling the people to know about various government facilities and avail them easily, he said, adding that campaign would continue till December 25.
The Chief Minister during his visit to Sepahijala inaugurated two-storied new building of Konaban Class-XII School in Bishalgarh, inaugurated a Sushasan Mela and held interactions with the beneficiaries of various schemes.
He then handed over cheques of Rs. 9 lakh to three beneficiaries under various schemes including Swabalamban. Dr. Saha also handed over Patta to five landless families of Kamalasagar tea garden.
The Welcome address was delivered by School Education director- N.C. Sharma and the programme was presided over by Pradhan of Konaban Gram Panchayat- Rupali Dutta.
Among others, Sabhadhipati of Sepahijala Zilla Parishad Supriya Das Dutta, chairman of Bishalgarh Panchayat Samity- Chanda Debbarma, chairman of Tripura Tea Development Corporation Santosh Saha, Sepahijala District Magistrate Viswashree B., social activist and BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee were present.
The Chief Minister as part of his visit to Sepahijala district also inaugurated new building of Madhupur Primary Health and Wellness Centre, a Post Harvest Management Centre and a Rural Collection Centre at Golaghati, newly-built Dr. Shyamaprasad Agri Market Shed and Stalls at Gokulnagar in Bishalgarh. He also paid a visit to Ramakrishna Mission at Konaban.
