Tripura is gearing up to extend a rousing welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his upcoming visit to the state on September 22.

The Prime Minister will inaugurate the redeveloped infrastructure and beautification works under the PRASAD Scheme at the sacred Mata Tripurasundari Temple premises in Udaipur.

The newly developed facilities are designed to offer a seamless blend of spirituality and modern amenities, enhancing the experience for pilgrims visiting the revered temple, the Chief Minister mentioned in a social media post.

Sharing his thoughts, the Chief Minister wrote that Tripura is fully prepared to welcome the Prime Minister. He noted that the new infrastructure within the temple premises symbolizes a perfect blend of faith and modern infrastructure, ensuring a more enriching experience for devotees.

In addition to reviewing the arrangements at Udaipur, the Chief Minister also inspected the helipad at OTPC Ground, Palatana, to ensure smooth arrangements for the Prime Minister’s arrival.

With preparations in full swing, anticipation and excitement across the state are palpable as Tripura readies itself for the landmark visit of Prime Minister Modi.

A tight security has been planned in and around the revered Matabari for the Prime Minister's visit. He will perform puja in the temple before departure.

He is expected to reach Udaipur by a chopper from Agartala at 3 pm. He will then travel to Matabari by road. A massive crowd is likely to greet the Prime Minister during his journey from the helipad to the temple.
