Agartala, Jan 29: In a proud moment for Tripura, the state's tableau in 76th Republic Day parade bagged second position in the country.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha today conveyed his best wishes to the entire team of Tripura's stunning tableau for this achievement.
On X, Dr. Saha wrote, “Proud to share that Tripura's stunning tableau that showcased "Eternal Reverence: The worship of 14 Deities in Tripura- Kharchi Puja" at the 76th #RepublicDay Parade, Kartavya Path, has secured the 2nd position in the country”.
He said that the tableau beautifully highlighted our state's rich cultural heritage, bamboo-based art, and modern technology, making us the pride of the North East region.
“Kudos to the entire team behind this achievement for their hard work and dedication!”, he wrote.
It is to be mentioned that the Ministry of Defence today announced the results for the best Marching Contingents and Tableaux of the Republic Day Parade 2025. 
It stated that three panels of judges were constituted to assess the performance of Marching Contingents from the Services and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF)/other auxiliary forces, as well as tableaux from various States/Union Territories (UTs) and Ministries/Departments of the Central Government.
