‘Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’ becomes effective tool to address people’s grievances

Agartala, Sept 18: ‘Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’, an initiative of Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha enabling the people to directly raise their grievances and problems to the government, has been seeing significant response.
The Chief Minister’s public-interaction programme ‘Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’ has seemingly been instrumental in helping the people and making the government more citizen-centric.
On Wednesday, the 32nd episode of ‘Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’ was held at the Chief Minister's official residence in Agartala, where individuals from different parts of the state directly discussed their issues with Dr. Saha. In some cases, the Chief Minister immediately passed necessary instructions to the officials for taking necessary steps.
The people are receiving immediate response to their medical needs and other problems. This initiative of the Chief Minister has also become an effective tool to bridge the gap between the people and the government. 
The Chief Minister gave a patience hearing to all who joined the programme on Wednesday and assured everyone that immediate steps would be taken to address the problems and grievances.
Chief Minister’s secretary PK Chakraborty, Health and Urban Development Secretary Kiran Gitte, Secretary L. Darlong, Social Education and Social Welfare Department director Tapan Das, GB Hospital Superintendent Dr. Shankar Chakraborty, and Superintendent of the Cancer Hospital S. Debbarma were present at the programme.
